By accessing or using NicheForge ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NicheForge is a SaaS platform that helps Amazon FBA sellers identify profitable products through online arbitrage analysis. The Service connects to the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) on behalf of sellers who explicitly authorize such access.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
NicheForge is offered as a paid subscription. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
When you connect your Amazon seller account, you authorize NicheForge to access your Amazon Selling Partner data as permitted by Amazon's SP-API. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your Amazon Seller Central account or from the Integrations page within NicheForge. We store your authorization tokens encrypted and never share them with third parties.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) reverse-engineer or copy the Service; (d) use the Service in a way that violates Amazon's terms of service or SP-API usage policies.
All content, features, and functionality of NicheForge are the exclusive property of NicheForge and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NicheForge does not guarantee the accuracy of data retrieved from Amazon or third-party sources. Product analysis and scoring are informational tools and do not constitute financial or business advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NicheForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
